Knitting Workshop Overview
For Individuals & Groups
Location: At individual's home, Airbnb or at a local bar or winery (subject to pre-approval and reservations)
Class Size: 2-6 people (minimum 2 people to hold workshop)
Pricing: $35 instruction fee per person, plus material and supplies cost. Class duration is 2.5 hours.
Group Discounts: The following discounts will be applied to the instruction fee based on group size- 10% off for 3-4 people, 15% off for 5-6
For Retail Shops
Location: In-store, during or after typical business hours
Class Size: 3-6 people (minimum 3 people to hold workshop)
Pricing: $40 instruction fee per person, plus material and supplies cost. Class duration is 2.5 hours.
Revenue Share: The hosting Shop will receive $15 (per student) from the instruction fee, plus the full sale of anything purchased by students (examples: beverages, food and/or materials and supplies if available onsite)
Do you sell yarn?
If you sell yarn and notions, we can build in time for students to purchase materials in your store at the beginning of the class.
Do you sell beverages?
Consider adding a 2-drink minimum to your workshop or adding a beverage purchase into the cost of the workshop ticket.
All Materials Provided
Yarn, knitting needles and a tapestry needle will be provided along with an instruction zine.
Material and supplies costs are determined by yarn selection and can range between $25-40 per person, depending on yarn type/quality selected.
Lizz will work with you to source yarn that fits your group's budget and aesthetic.
Location and Proximity
Workshops may be hosted in and around Hudson, New York.
Lizz will travel (free of charge) to surrounding towns as far as Kinderhook, Kingston, Rhinebeck, Woodstock, East Chatham, Pine Plains and Egremont (Mass).
Additional travel surcharge will be added for locations further than a 40-minute drive from Hudson.
